Why do we get Initialize state for longer time in monitor, how do we debug it?

If the Jobflow is in Initialize state, for longer time it means, the sql parameters which are present at the Jobflow level are executing and they are still yet to get response/result from the source/target database on which the query is running.

Once we get the resultset/response from the databases, then the Jobflow status moved from Initialize state to queued and then Active state.

In order to debug it, submit the same query present in the sql parameter which is running for longer time at Initialize state and see if the response/resultset is fetched in less time than Diyotta.
