RE: Project parameters are not getting replaced when we override them using the dicmd command

scenario: we are trying to override the project parameters using the dicmd command.

But during the execution, it is not getting overridden instead it is taking the default value,

we have provided a fix for the Project Parameters override using the dicmd. So when we try to override these values in the dicmd the new values should be read from the dicmd parameters.

Below is the sample example where the snowflake datapoint related databases are being overridden using the dicmd commands.

dicmd execute -u naveen -w P2wd_4321 -c start -p DF_SF_FGLFINANCE_ENCRYPTED_IM_BASE_ECOMM_DIMENSION_CONTAINER_CURRENT_IM -l Layer_4 -param \$PP_DP_SNWFLK_SCHEMA=”QA_TFORM”,\$PP_DP_SNWFLK_DB=”DEMO_TGT”
