RE: How do I enable TRACE mode in diserver logs, cause this would help us in debugging the issues

I need the diserver.log file in TRACE mode rather than INFO. Where do I need to make the updates to get this change.

There are two ways of enabling TRACE mode at diserver logs one from Backend and another way through UI level.

Backend:

  1. Move to the  path: /diyotta/controller/conf and then change the property value to TRACE as shown below##Controller Logs Settings
    diserver.loglevel=TRACE
    diserver.logsize=100MB
    diserver.logbkup_file_count=10
  2. Then try to restart the controller.

UI level:

  1. Move to the Admin module –> Configurations –>  Application Settings –> Application Log settings
  2. From the drop down select the value as TRACE.
  3. Once the above changes are done then Restart the Controller.
